Transfer Students

At Virginia Wesleyan University, we value the experience you bring and the time you’ve already put into your education.

VWU has a generous transfer credit policy for all online degree programs. We require prospective undergraduate students to transfer a minimum of 30 credits from previously attended institutions, with at least a 2.0 grade point average. A maximum of 96 credits can be transferred to an undergraduate program.

Our online masters degree programs allow for the transfer of up to 12 credits.

As soon as your application is received, a counselor will be ready to guide you step by step through the enrollment process. And once you begin your studies, a personal success coach will be available to answer any questions you have about your degree program and assist you all the way through graduation.
