  • The focus is on you! You’ll receive personal attention from top faculty scholars.
  • It is an investment in yourself and your future.

Yellow Ribbon Program

The Post-9/11 GI Bill® provides assistance to military veterans who attend college. For veterans enrolled in Virginia, the bill pays the lower of tuition and fees or the annual cap established by the Veterans Administration–$22,805.34 in 2017/18.

Virginia Wesleyan University is proud to be a participant in the Yellow Ribbon Program. As such, students who qualify to the Post-9/11 GI Bill® at 100% entitlement will receive additional support through Yellow Ribbon. The University and the VA will contribute equally to pay any amount that exceeds the Virginia cap. The VA will issue payment directly to the University on the student’s behalf.
